FABRICATION SERVICES
Advanced Foam & Rubber Processing
Our state-of-the-art fabrication equipment handles everything from single prototypes to high-volume production, maintaining precision and consistency across every run.
CUSTOM SILICONE
Custom Silicone Extrusion
In-house design for silicone profiles up to 3" — ZZ-R-765, AMS, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, NSF-61, fluorosilicone, electrically and thermally conductive grades. Spliced rings, cord, and tubing in long lengths or cut-to-size.
02
Digital Knife Cutting
High-speed digital knife cutting for rapid prototyping and short-run production. Delivers clean edges and complex geometries without the cost of tooling.
03
Flatbed Die Cutting
High-volume flatbed die cutting for consistent, repeatable foam and rubber parts. Cost-effective for large production runs requiring uniform quality across thousands of pieces.
04
Rotary Die Cutting
Continuous rotary die cutting for maximum throughput on high-volume orders. Perfect for thin-gauge materials, adhesive-backed components, and precision gaskets.
05
Precision Slitting
Precision slitting of foam and rubber rolls to exact widths with clean, consistent edges. Essential for tape, strip, and roll-form applications across industries.
06
Adhesive Lamination
Custom adhesive lamination combining multiple materials into bonded assemblies. We apply pressure-sensitive adhesives, heat-activated films, and specialty tapes to foam substrates.
07
CNC Routing
3-axis routing of thick foam blocks and laminated stacks for cases, packaging inserts, and large-format components.
08
Precision Skiving
Close-tolerance skiving of closed- and open-cell cellular materials. Available in sheet and roll form.
09
Custom Thermoforming
Heat-formed shapes from closed- and open-cell foam — packaging cavities, contoured cushions, and molded inserts.
