About
Custom Fabricators of Foam, Rubber, and Plastic.
Custom converter and fabricator of cellular foam, solid rubber, sponge, plastic film, and pressure-sensitive laminations. 3M Authorized Convertor/Fabricator. ISO 9001:2015 certified. Headquartered in Costa Mesa, California.
Serving cutting-edge technology to industry since 1985.
Custom fabrication of foam, rubber, and plastic — engineered to print, inspected in-house, delivered to spec.
PAX Industries was founded in 1985 in Costa Mesa, California as a converter and fabricator of cellular foam, solid rubber, sponge, plastic film, and pressure-sensitive laminations. The work has remained the same since: close-tolerance parts manufactured per print, on schedule, to specification.
Today, PAX operates as an extension of customer engineering teams across the medical, electronics, industrial, automotive, packaging, aerospace, and military supply chains. Material selection, design-for-manufacturability review, prototyping, and production fabrication all execute under one roof.
Quick quote response. Low-minimum prototype acceptance. Production runs scaled to forecast. In-house ACCU-Gauge inspection on every order. The deliverable is custom foam, rubber, and plastic components that arrive ready to integrate.
Commitment to the highest standards in service and quality.
Four operating principles that govern every quote, every part, and every shipment.
